Third of three workshops to advance us on ending racism in our work supporting climate justice. Led by Tara Villalba, Sweetwater, and others from the Mangrove Collective Overall Goals: 1. Co-create and co-keep a space that is safe enough to have some charged conversations about ending racism 2. Build relationships with other participants as we learn and commit to ending racism, genocide, and war, in our environmental justice work. 3. Build a practice around convivio and encuentro

These 6-hr workshops will be a mix of short presentations of how oppressions and oppressive systems work, and how individual experiences can intersect along axes of different oppressions, small group storytelling (longer times with opportunities for deeper sharing and deep listening), large group sharing (shorter and mostly of highlights from small group discussions), and time for individual creative reflection.
